4 Second Enlightenment
4 Second Enlightenment is a three-level system that opens the possibility to lead even an untrained beginner to awakening. This is unique.
This system includes different methods, such as healing or movement methods and methods that work directly with our heart and spirit, thus allowing different ways to experience our true being. Through all these methods we will experience concrete results in our lives, such as healing, a more resilient and vital body and a transformation of our emotional and psychological blockages. This not only builds our trust, but allows us to directly experience the potential that lies in the opening of our spirit and in the connection with the vitality of the Dao.
