1. Participation in Seminars
Participation in the seminars of Living Dao is generally possible for everyone interested. However, preconditions are self-responsibility and normal physical and mental resilience.
Registration must be made in writing. The full course fee is to be transferred together with the registration. The number of participants is limited. Registrations and seat reservations will be considered in the order of payments received.
For full-time students with a valid certificate of enrollment from a university we offer a discount of 30% of the course fee.
3. Course Fee
The full course fee is due to be paid before the start of the seminar.
Deregistration from a seminar must be made in writing. In case of a cancellation up to 6 weeks before the seminar begins, the full seminar fee will be refunded, except for a processing fee of 30 Euro per seminar. For cancellations made from 2 to 6 weeks before the seminar, participants will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations within 2 weeks of the seminar or a no-show on the day of the seminar there will be no refund.
A seminar can be cancelled by the organizer due to short-term hindrance or force majeure. If a seminar does not take place for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the participant will be informed immediately and receive a full refund. Costs incurred by the cancellation of the seminar (such as travel expenses or similar) will not be covered. The organizer reserves the right to relocate the seminar location within Germany and to change the seminar schedule.
Seminar management, organizers, translators and other representatives of Living Dao GmbH are released from any liability and/or guarantee with regard to the purpose of the seminar and the contents conveyed there.
Each participant is individually responsible for the personal interpretation and implementation of the contents presented in the seminars. Living Dao GmbH does not assume any liability for possible damages resulting from personal implementation of the seminar’s contents.
7. Duty to notify
The seminar contents do not replace treatment by a doctor or psychotherapist. Participation in the courses is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
Participants of the seminars agree that audio, photo and video recordings may be made for the purpose of documentation and further education, and that in this context individual parts may be published by Living Dao and Dao-Verlag. In case of disagreement, a written objection must be submitted to Living Dao.
